The VitalCHECK helps you take a conscious look: what is going well, and where would you like to change something? It takes about 5 minutes, costs nothing and gives no grade.
What the VitalCHECK looks at
Five areas. The questions adapt to your answers: where something matters to you, the check asks more closely; where everything is fine, it moves on faster.

How it works
- You start the check. It takes about 5 minutes.
- You answer questions about your everyday life, spontaneously, with no right or wrong.
- You see your result on screen straight away. It belongs to you.
- If you like, you can then talk to your contact person. If not, nothing is sent.
The VitalCHECK is not a diagnosis and no substitute for medical advice. It only shows how you answered yourself. If you have health complaints, please talk to a doctor.
Your data
- Data is only sent if you expressly agree at the end. Without your consent, nothing goes to your contact person.
- If you agree, your answers are stored in encrypted form and deleted automatically after 12 months, or earlier on request.
- You do not need an account or a sign-up.
Your contact person
You receive the link to your check from a personal contact person. After the check you can have a non-binding conversation with your contact person. Offers may also be discussed. You decide whether and how things go on.

Is the VitalCHECK a medical test?
No. It is not a diagnosis and does not replace a medical examination. It helps you consciously look at how you feel in everyday life.
Are there right or wrong answers?
No. There is no rating. Answer spontaneously, as you experience things today.
What happens to my answers?
If the result is enough for you, nothing is sent. If you would like a conversation, you expressly agree at the end. Your details are then stored in encrypted form and deleted automatically after 12 months, or earlier on request.
Do I have to talk to anyone?
No. You can do the check entirely for yourself. There is only a conversation if you want one.
How do I get my check?
You receive a personal link from your contact person. This way your contact person knows you have been in touch, and your details reach the right person. If you have not received a link, you can request one right here on this page.
Which languages is the check available in?
In 14 languages: German, English, French, Spanish, Italian, Bulgarian, Portuguese, Polish, Russian, Czech, Dutch, Danish, Swedish and Finnish.
