What is MyCode?

MyCode is the online area for the Code One. The Code One is a user manual for your mind: it does not tell you what to think, but how your thinking works.

Before you continue, here is a short and honest overview of what to expect.

Where does the Code One come from?

The Code One comes from Amino Watermann, founder of masterminds.cc in Wiesbaden, Germany. His method, the “masterminds code”, deals with how the mind works.

He adapted this system for our team. That is how the Code One came about, and he wrote the book “Code One” for it.

How your thinking works

The Code One describes your thinking as a chain. After the first thought, everything continues automatically:

  1. PerceptionYou see, hear or experience something. In itself, this is neutral.
  2. ThoughtYou give what you experienced a meaning.
  3. EmotionIt arises automatically from the thought.
  4. FeelingThe thought becomes noticeable in your body.
  5. ActionYou act, speak or refrain from doing something.
The first thought is the point where you can intervene. This is exactly where the Code One starts.

What awaits you on MyCode

The path in the Code One has three steps: recognise, program, install.

  • Recognise: you understand how your thinking works and where it runs on autopilot.
  • Program: you learn to write new thought patterns that feel good.
  • Install: you make it part of your everyday life.

You will also find in-depth content on topics such as relationships, energy, stress, self-doubt, meaning and contentment.

Good to know

MyCode is a learning offer and does not replace medical or psychotherapeutic treatment. If you have health problems, please talk to a doctor. How you experience what you learn is individual; there is no guarantee of specific results.

Five questions for you

Take a short moment and ask yourself with each question: Do I really know this exactly?

1.Do you know exactly how an emotion differs from a feeling and how both arise?

2.Do you know exactly how beliefs arise and how they work?

3.Do you know exactly how your beliefs influence what you perceive?

4.Do you know exactly why the first thought is the point where you can intervene?

5.Do you know exactly how your thoughts affect your body, for example when you are afraid?

Did you think “no” or “not quite sure” for at least one question? That is perfectly normal. We use our minds every day, but rarely has anyone explained how they work. That is exactly what the Code One explains.
