When you visit the sales and thank-you pages, we do not collect any data from you and do not set any cookies. Only the technically necessary server logs of the hosting provider (IONOS SE, Germany) are processed.
Order via Digistore24
The purchase of the team partner access is handled by Digistore24 GmbH as reseller. Digistore24 processes your order and payment data under its own responsibility and passes on to us the details needed to set up your access (name, email, order number, team partner number). Details: privacy policy of Digistore24.
Team partner access
To operate your access, we store your profile data (name, address, contact details, photo) until the contract ends and beyond that only as far as statutory retention obligations apply.
Area “Mein Weg” in the Backoffice
For team partners whom we unlock for it, the Backoffice contains the area “Mein Weg”, a personal learning space with lessons, compass, mirror and signpost. When you first open it, you confirm data protection and a health notice by ticking a box; we store the time and version of this consent as proof. After that we store what you enter there yourself: your learning progress (completed lessons, confirmed modules), your compass entries, your mirrors and, if you use the checks in self mode, their results. We also store whether and how you are unlocked for the area (all modules at once or one after another), when, and by whom.
Your entries are stored encrypted with a key of their own. No other team partner and no upline can see them, the administration pages do not show them, and they do not feed into partner work. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, and where health is concerned also Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time; the unlocking itself is based on the performance of your team partner access (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Under “Meine Daten” you can delete everything at any time (the area is available in German). If we withdraw your access, your data stays saved and is back after you are unlocked again; if your team partner access is deleted, we also delete this data. We do not use any additional cookies or any analytics or advertising services for this.
Area “Workbooks” in the Backoffice
For team partners whom we unlock for it, the Backoffice contains the area “Workbooks” for reading workbooks. For this we store whether and how you are unlocked (all workbooks at once or one after another), the time of unlocking and the number of the person who unlocked you, as well as your progress: which chapters you have marked as done and which workbooks you have confirmed as completed. This area does not store any texts or other entries. We use this information to provide the area to you and to show your progress. The legal basis is the performance of your team partner access (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
In the administration we only see who is unlocked, not your progress. You can delete your progress yourself at any time (button “Meinen Fortschritt löschen” in the workbooks list; the area is available in German). If we withdraw your access, your progress stays saved and is back after you are unlocked again. If your team partner access is deleted, we also delete this information. We do not use any additional cookies or any analytics or advertising services for this.
When we unlock you for an area of the Backoffice, we may send an email to the address we have stored for you. It contains your first name, a note about the unlocking and a link to the Backoffice, no images and no trackers.
Date of birth and e-mails to team partners
Team partners can voluntarily enter their date of birth in their profile. It is used solely to congratulate them by e-mail once a year on their birthday, and it is visible only to the platform administration, not to other team partners. The legal basis is consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). It is voluntary; not providing it has no disadvantages. Anyone who clears the field in the profile and saves withdraws consent with effect for the future; the date is then deleted and no further greeting is sent.
We also send team partners e-mails about organising the cooperation, for example about dates, new features or maintenance work. For this we process name, e-mail address and the language set in the Backoffice. The legal basis is the performance of the cooperation (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
For each e-mail sent we record to whom it went, when it was sent and whether sending succeeded (send log). This lets us detect errors and repeat sending. The date of birth and the send log are deleted when the team partner’s access is deleted.
Request for a personal link
If you request a personal link via the form on our information pages, we process your name, your email address or phone number and, if you provide it, how you found the page. We use these details solely to answer your request and to send you your personal link. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. The details are sent by email to the controller named below and are not stored on this website. We delete them as soon as your request has been dealt with. To protect the form against misuse, we also store a pseudonymised identifier (hash) of your IP address together with the time when you send the form, in order to limit the number of submissions. It is deleted within 48 hours. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating the form securely (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
